Shipping & Delivery
It is our policy to ship most orders within 2 business days of receipt of the order.  However, during high volume periods, such as when we're running a sale, shipping times may be extended greatly and could take as long as 10 days.

Orders are shipped in the order received regardless of who places the order (retail vs. wholesale, for example).

Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.

Warranty
Go Green Sustainable Industries, LLC  guarantees every item we sell against material or manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This covers stitching, elastics and the components including snaps, hook & loop closures, and fabric. This warranty does not cover leaking, sizing, odor issues, fading, staining, pilling, repelling or normal wear and tear. This warranty protects the original purchaser and a proof of purchase is required.

You will void your warranty if you do not follow the washing instructions; use bleach, rash creams, fabric softener, natural or synthetic oils or scented laundry additives. You will also void your warranty if you embellish the product in any way; including but not limited to sewing appliques on the fleece.

Go Green Sustainable Industries, LLC will either repair or replace any product covered under warranty. If your product isn't covered by our warrranty - you can mail it to GGSI at your expense and we will repair it if possible.

Returns & Replacements
Go Green Sustainable Industries, LLC (“GGSI”) proudly handcrafts in the USA.  Your complete satisfaction with our products is extremely important to us.  We invite you to review the contents of your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.

Refunds/Returns are only processed consistent with the following rules.  Please be advised that no exceptions to these rules will be made and that these rules may be modified or changed on occasion without notice. 

For undamaged items:
  • The item must be returned within 15 days of purchase; Christmas gift purchases can be returned within 15 days after Christmas.
  • The item should be in unused and undamaged condition.  Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund.
  • A Shipping & Handling charge of $4.95 applies if a product is returned for exchange.  Only the cost of the item is refunded in case of return.
  • We require a copy of the order or packing slip to be returned along with a note explaining the reason for return.
  • If shipping damage occurs or the product is faulty on arrival, we will replace your product at no additional charge to you and send a return label for the damaged items..
  • If you received the wrong products, we will replace these products at no cost and send a return label for the incorrect items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are missing items, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of your order.  Please make sure to review your packing list for backordered items, which will ship immediately and automatically upon availability.
  • If you provided us with an inaccurate shipping address or the shipment was refused by the recipient and your order is returned to us by the shipping company, we will refund your purchase minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges and we will also deduct additional shipping charges for the return (as charged to us by the shipping company).
  • All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.  Merchandise that is returned with missing items is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges.

 

What are your restocking fees?

If the return contains five or more items then there will be a $25 restocking fee.  If you provided us with an inaccurate shipping address or the shipment was refused by the recipient and your order is returned to us by the shipping company, we will refund your purchase minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges and will also deduct additional shipping charges for the return (as charged to us by the shipping company).  A Shipping & Handling charge of $4.95 applies if a product is returned for exchange.  Only the cost of the item is refunded in case of return.

 

Can I return a non-defective used item?

GGSI only accepts new products for returns.  You can always try and sell used items on www.DiaperSwappers.com.

 

How will I get my money back?

If the product was originally paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the customer's credit card account for the amount of the products.  PayPal payments will be refunded to the PayPal account.  Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.  We will issue a store credit for the amount of the purchase without a receipt.  Please allow four weeks for processing.
